Enter Sandman. Not bad music. Shame about the people who listen to it.

Incidentally, most of those "crazies" are quite capable of gutting you. "Just another crazy" is much like saying "just another dead Runner".Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08828598796747898983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1253331286824657828.post-56719078430262005502011-08-31T17:32:51.460-04:002011-08-31T17:32:51.460-04:00You mean Ridely? Though the part where he called you son was weird, he refers to himself as "Uncle" so I wouldn't be to suprised.

Raven's response was weird. I didn't think that guy could get annoyed. The Jade Rabbithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00689361271462883598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1253331286824657828.post-78154414432343531922011-08-31T16:23:27.146-04:002011-08-31T16:23:27.146-04:00Asking the wrong person here Spencer.

Okay, I did a little research on it, and maybe you should try getting into a good mind set before you take the medication and before you go to sleep.

I'd read a book or do something relaxing about and hour before you go to sleep. Then maybe drink something warm (I'd suggest milk, or bed time tea, something without caffeine in it.)

Make sure you don't eat anything at least four hours before you go to sleep, and when you take the medication, only have a tiny dosage.

Then maybe listen to some happy or relaxing music while you sleep. Symphony music is great. And I can usually hear it in the background of whatever dream I'm having, so if you do have a nightmare, just focus on the music and you should wake up.

Hopefully you'll feel better in the morning. :)The Jade Rabbithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00689361271462883598noreply@blogger.com
